22) Changes to These Terms or the Service

We may update these Terms or the Policies from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date.

Changes required by law, legal process, security requirements, anti-abuse needs, third-party obligations, or operational necessity may become effective immediately or as required.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except to the extent applicable law requires a different form of consent.

23) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

24) Survival

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination or expiration will survive, including provisions relating to fees, payment obligations, refunds, intellectual property, feedback, Service Data, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, governing law, export controls and sanctions, survival, and any accrued rights or obligations.

25) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Policies and any applicable Order Form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Irongrove regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, communications, and understandings relating to the Service.

26) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27) No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

28) Independent Contractors

The parties are independent contractors. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, employment, franchise, or similar relationship between the parties.

29) Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that these Terms, notices, disclosures, invoices, renewals, and other communications may be provided electronically and that electronic acceptance, signatures, and records have the same force and effect as physical signatures and paper records to the maximum extent permitted by law.
