1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs refunds for subscriptions to Javelina DNS Management provided by Irongrove, LLC ("Irongrove," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the following subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. By purchasing, activating, or using a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Scope and Definitions
"Monthly Subscription Term" means the current, active month of service billed in advance. "Written Notice" means a cancellation request sent by email from the account owner or authorized representative to accounting@irongrove.com.
3. Tiers Overview
• Free: No fees are charged; therefore, no refunds apply.
• Basic: Paid monthly subscription.
• Pro: Paid monthly subscription with enhanced features and/or usage limits.
• Enterprise: Subscription governed by a separate contract or order form.
4. Refund Eligibility and Window
4.1 Refunds are limited to verified service outages or billing errors related to Irongrove LLC's Javelina product. Submitting a refund request constitutes a cancellation of your service. No funds are returned for voluntary cancellations or terminations of a subscription.
4.2 Customers may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase of the current Monthly Subscription Term only in cases of a documented service outage or billing error. All refund requests must be submitted through Written Notice. Upon approval, the affected subscription will be terminated, and no further service will be provided under that term.
4.3 Prior Periods Not Eligible: Amounts paid for previous months, prior terms, or prior contract periods are not refundable.
4.4 Free Tier: No refund is available for the Free tier, as no fees are charged.
5. Refund Amount and Method
5.1 Refund Amount (Basic & Pro): No prorated or partial refunds are provided for days used within the term.
5.2 Method: Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction via our payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with Stripe's policies. Irongrove is PCI compliant and does not store cardholder data.
5.3 Timing: Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. Irongrove will submit approved refunds promptly after approval.
6. Cancellations
To cancel, the account owner or an authorized representative must submit Written Notice to accounting@irongrove.com. Cancellations are effective upon Irongrove's confirmation email. Access to services may continue through the end of the then‑current term unless otherwise requested.
7. Enterprise Tier
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the applicable contract or order form. Enterprise cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to the remaining contract duration and any specific contractual terms. Custom development, onboarding, setup, coding, equipment, or other special fees are non‑refundable. All equipment, code, and other intellectual property remain the sole property of Irongrove, LLC; only the subscription may be cancelled as permitted by the contract.
8. Additional Services and Tier‑Associated Items
Refunds for any ancillary services, add‑ons, usage‑based charges, or tier‑associated items (e.g., professional services) will be determined pursuant to Irongrove, LLC company policy and/or the applicable agreement. Taxes, third‑party fees, and pass‑through costs are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback, please contact accounting@irongrove.com so we can review and resolve your concern quickly. Unresolved disputes may be handled under the governing contract or applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our websites. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
