Scope
This DPA governs the processing of customer data by Irongrove, LLC as part of providing Javelina DNS Management services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Irongrove acts as a Data Processor, processing only customer data as necessary to deliver services. Customers act as Data Controllers.
Security
Irongrove maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.
Subprocessors
Authorized subprocessors include Stripe, Inc. for payment processing. Stripe is PCI compliant and subject to its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
Data Retention
Customer data is retained only as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
Jurisdiction
This DPA is governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
